3. Products & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of books. However, minor variations may occur.

  • Availability of titles is subject to stock. If a book is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund or exchange option.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

  • International deliveries may have additional customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer.

  • If it is Pre-Order for New Books, it will be delivered after Launch Event date. The respective date will be mentioned in the description of the product.
  • If there is any changes in the postal charges considering the place of delivery, number of books purchased, quantity etc., it will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Normally, products are delivered within 4–5 working days from the date of order. However, there may be delays if the delivery location is outside the state or country.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers or factors outside our control.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Goods once sold can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the specified time frame.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Upasana Books and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
